President (Retired)

Gary has been in the carpet cleaning business for over 30 years. His area of expertise is in specialty fabric and specialty area rug cleaning. A bad vehicle accident cut his career short, however he still is around to answer any and all questions and is still the acting president. Gary loves to travel with his wife Lauri, is a daily client of the local gym, Original Joe’s and loves to spend time with his mini me his grandson Kohen

Chief Cook & Bottle Washer

Lauri has owned and operated her own business for the past 35 years specializing in marketing, advertising and team building. Lauri loves to travel and says when she retires she would love to just stay on a ship and cruise everywhere. Often spotted at the local casino and is a huge supporter of all our 4 legged furry friends. Her favorite time of day is happy hour!

Rest In Peace

Sept 15 1999 – Oct 4 2017. Quantum strolled into our lives during a staff party, casually wandering into the backyard as if he already belonged. Our owner agreed to let him stay at the shop—on one condition: we all had to pitch in and care for him. And we did! Quantum quickly became the heart of the team, showering everyone with affection. He was the most loving cat, turning our workplace into his home and our staff into his family.

General Manager

Craig is our General Manager and has been with New Look Home Services since 2006. He is our jack of all trades, he started in the carpet cleaning department then moved on to the air duct side and has now made himself at home in the HVAC business.

In his spare time Craig enjoys camping with his 3 children and his wife. Craig is a licenced gas fitter and has his IICRC & IIAQC 

Office Manager

Chrystal is our Office Manager and the friendly face you see when you walk in our front door. She has been with New Look since 2012. She is a proud member of the Chilliwack Curling Club and enjoys hanging out with her daughter and partner.

She just loves loves loves Mexican food.

Operations Manager

Jon has been with New Look off and on since 1994. He started as a young man doing odd small jobs in the warehouse. He then began his carpet cleaning career and did that for many years. He is our prudent operations manager and keeps our vans and equipment running smoothly. Jon is an avid golfer and loves a good game of poker and darts. He is married and has 2 daughters. Jon has his IICRC as well as being a licensed gas fitter and air duct cleaner.
