Why would I need to sanitize my carpets? Wouldn’t the cleaning alone remove any bacteria?
Our Sanitizer is a restoration strength sanitizer that kills any mold, mildew and odor causing bacteria and allergens from any carpets or fabric. This is a pre-treatment that is applied and then extracted. Just steam cleaning the carpets will freshen up the material and remove any dirt. However, if there is a possibility of bacteria in the carpet the sanitizer is recommended.Why do we need to apply Carpet Protector after every cleaning and what is its main purpose?
Every time you get your carpets cleaned any products that had been applied previously would be removed. To keep the warranty of your carpets active, the protector would need to be re applied. Our protector also has an electro-static blocker. This means when you vacuum there is less electricity in the fibers and allows more dirt and debris to be extracted.
The main purpose of our Carpet Protector is to protect against dry soiling and wear. However, if you do make a spill it will not automatically adsorb into the material and it provides you with more time to respond to it.
Have you have been in a friends house and you can see where they walk? In that case the issue usually isn’t that the carpets are dirty. It is that the carpet fibers have rubbed up against each other so much that it has caused some of the fibers to lose some of their “oomph”
If you want to prolong the life of your carpets then protector will be your friend.
Does the time of year affect when I should get my carpets cleaned?
The time of the year doesn’t affect the drying of the carpets. It can take 6-24 hours for the carpets to be completely bone dry. The most important factor in drying time is air flow. When we are done the carpet should just be damp to the touch and you can continue to use your house like normal. Remember to be careful when walking from carpet to a hard surface due to a slipping hazard.
What kind of cleaning agents do you use?
We use a powdered emulsifier that is specifically designed to work with our truck mounted units. Our product rinses 99% clean. Upon your next vacuum any left-over residue will be vacuumed up.

Crawl Space Cleaning
Have you ever wondered why your house is so full of dust and no matter how many times you dust there always seams to be more dust!? As well as getting your air ducts cleaned we recommend your crawl space as well. This will ensure that the whole air flow system in your house is clean and healthy.
We use a tool called “the Shark” to clean out your Crawl Space. We start off by using a concrete brush to loosen up the debris on the floor. We then attach a vac hose directly to the Shark and use that to roll all over the floor of your crawl space to pick up any loose debris. Once we are done with the shark, we use Air Whips in the rafters to help dislodge and collect any cob webs and dust. Helping to ensure there is a top to bottom clean. Once that is completed. We do a second run over the crawl space with just a vac hose to collect any missed dirt along the way.
Also, for an additional charge we can remove unwanted items from your crawl space. Air Duct and Crawl Space Sanitizing: we use an all-natural germicide called Benefect. This product will kill any mold mildew or odor causing bacteria in your duct work or crawl space.
